  1. How can I pay for my order?
    Payments on our website can be made via PayPal, PayU, or traditional bank transfer options. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. You may select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  2. How can I return an item?
    You have 14 days from the date you received your order to make a return. All products purchased through our store are eligible for return, excluding custom-made orders. Before sending back any items, please notify us via email and include a completed return form with a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase. For more information, please see the RETURNS section. The return address can be found on the return form.

  3. Can I exchange an item?
    If you'd like to exchange a purchased product, please contact us directly via email to confirm the details and check if an exchange is possible. Once confirmed, return the item within 14 days of receiving your package.

  4. Who bears the return shipping costs?
    The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  5. Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order up to the point it is marked as processed. To cancel, please email us directly at contact@woolsocool.com, including your order number and full name.

  6. How long will it take to process my order?
    Products available in stock will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from the moment the order is placed and payment is received. For handmade products, processing time may extend up to 10 business days, though items are usually shipped faster. The estimated processing time for each product can be found in the SHIPPING tab on the product page of our website. If timing is critical, please email us before placing your order, and we can provide a more precise estimate based on a specific product.

  7. How do I choose the right size?
    Each product page includes a size chart with detailed sizing information. For hats, additional instructions are provided to help you accurately measure head circumference.

  8. Jak mogę się dowiedzieć, czy wróci produkt/rozmiar, którego szukam?
    Jeśli Twój rozmiar nie jest dostępny, włącz funkcję „powiadom o dostępności”, znajdziesz ją na karcie produktu. Otrzymasz powiadomienie na maila, jeśli rozmiar wróci do Sklepu.

  9. Where are your clothes made and sewn?
    All our products are made in Poland. Our accessories are hand-crafted by local artisans, and our sweaters are produced in collaboration with a local Polish sewing studio.

  10. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship packages to EU countries. For more information about international shipping options and prices, please check the DELIVERY AND PAYMENTS section of our website. If your country is not listed, please contact us directly to discuss available shipping options.
